When will I get the tracking number?
Order processing for stocking and packaging usually takes 2–5 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email.
Please allow additional processing time during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days after completing payment, please contact us at support@sampine.com.
Please note that orders may be delayed if payment information is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the shipping address provided is incorrect.
When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
